Registration Rates:
  • Early-bird: $495 (available until October 12)
  • Full: $595
  • On-site: $625
  • One day only: $290
  • Student (currently enrolled with Student ID): $275
The deadline to register at the early-bird rate is Friday, October 12, 2018. After that, the full online rate is $595.00 and registrations must be received by Wednesday, November 28, 2018 to guarantee confirmation. After November 28, 2018 we will only accept registrations on-site at $625. Pre-registration is strongly recommended.
 
Scholarships:

Through the generosity of several sponsors, RAE is able to offer a limited number of registration scholarships to individuals wishing to attend the 2018 Summit. Please read the information for each scholarship carefully, as each has specific qualification criteria, as well as different application instructions.
 
All applications are due by November 7, 2018 to be considered for a scholarship; selected recipients will be notified via email by November 12, 2018.
 
Please note that all scholarships are for registration fees ONLY; travel expenses, workshops, or field sessions remain the responsibility of the scholarship recipient.
  • The Resources Legacy Fund is offering scholarships for participants from community-based or environmental justice organizations.
    • Any interested individuals should send a letter detailing why they would like the scholarship, how they meet the criteria, and how they will use what they learn at the Summit to improve their community directly to RAE’s Business & Financial Manager, Nicole Breslin-Romano, at nbreslin.romano@estuaries.org.
    • Letters must be received by November 7, 2018 to be considered for a scholarship. Selected recipients will be notified via email by November 12, 2018.
  •  American Honda in partnership with the Honda Marine Science Foundation is offering scholarships for active students currently focusing on some aspect of coastal and estuarine restoration and management, including science, policy, outreach, and education.
    • For this scholarship, students from the following communities are particularly encouraged to apply: African-American, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, LGBTQ+, women, veterans, differing abilities, and other typically-underserved groups.
    • Applications should be downloaded, completed, and sent back to RAE’s Business & Financial Manager, Nicole Breslin-Romano, via email (nbreslin.romano@estuaries.org) or via fax (703-524-0287), by November 7, 2018 to be considered. Selected recipients will be notified via email by November 12, 2018.
