Sponsorship of the 2020 The National Coastal Estuarine Summit allows you to increase the reach and visibility of your organization and its work while allowing Restore America’s Estuaries and the Coastal States Organization to provide the high–quality experience that attendees have come to expect since 2003 – all from the safety of their home or office. To best fit your needs, we offer many Sponsorship opportunities that come with their own set of benefits.
The 2020 Summit provides an exceptional opportunity to showcase your business, products, services, and commitment to coastal restoration in front of a wide and attentive audience. The Summit is traditionally attended by more than 1,000 engaged participants representing a diversity of federal, state, for profit and nonprofit professionals interested in coastal and estuarine restoration and management, and the 2020 Summit will continue that pattern using a highly interactive virtual format that will mix live discussions and digital presentations.
Presently we have more than 300 proposals for panels, presentations, and posters and nearly 30 sponsors already committed to the Summit. The quality and experience of the Summit is of paramount importance to us and we are dedicated to making this event a rewarding and engaging experience for our sponsors, presenters, and attendees. Our event planning team is innovating the structure and format and applying best practices and lessons learned from other virtual conferences. To do this we are investing in the best online techniques to support our sponsors’ visibility and recognition leading up to, during, and after the Summit. Things we are exploring include:
- Extensive promotion of the event and the sponsors
- V-booths (staff are available and waiting to meet with attendees who “visit” their room)
- Customizable Sponsor pages
- Information about who “stops by” your V-booth
- Digital advertisements
- Raffles and giveaways (coupons, etc.) to draw people into virtual exhibition space
- Potential for 1:1 appointments and virtual meetings using a networking match system
