What are the steps that I need to take to become a sponsor?
  • Review the Sponsorship Brochure and decide on level of support.
  • Fill out online Sponsor Form to confirm level of support and make payment.
Is it necessary for me to fill out the online Sponsor Form?

Yes, as this ensures that we have all your information correctly noted in our database, as well as receipt of your confirmation that you wish to sponsor/exhibit. The online application also enables you to make a payment online, upload your logo (if this is one of your benefits) in a high-resolution format, and confirm who your organization’s lead contact will be.

What is the deadline for choosing to sponsor at the Summit?

Depending on space availability, you have until August 31, 2020 to decide on sponsorship and exhibiting. Exhibit space fills quickly, so we encourage you to make your decision as early as possible. The sooner your sponsorship is processed, the sooner you will begin to receive benefits associated with your level of support.

When is sponsorship payment due?

Unless you have made special arrangements in advance, sponsorship payment is due 30 days from the time of being invoiced. Once payment has been received or special arrangements approved, we will begin to acknowledge your company/organization as a supporter on our website.

Can I spread my sponsorship payment out over multiple years (e.g. 2019 and 2020)?

Yes, many of our sponsors choose to spread payment out over more than one fiscal year, as it helps with their budgeting.

Can I go in jointly with another company/organization on sponsorship?

Yes, though you will then share the benefits that come with that sponsorship level.

As a confirmed sponsor, do I still need to register as an individual attendee?

Yes, all confirmed sponsors receive a certain number (depending on your sponsor level) of complimentary registrations. Each person who receives and uses a complimentary registration must register online using the code that will be provided.

Do I need a “discount code” to register, as a sponsor?

Yes, you will receive a code to use when online registration opens.

How do you select exhibit space in the Expo Hall?

In Summer 2020, we will reach out and invite you to provide us with your top 3 choices. The order in which you’re invited to secure your space will be based on your level of sponsorship (Lead Sponsors go first, then Principal Sponsors, and so forth).

How big is each exhibit space and what comes standard with it?

Standard exhibit space is 10’x 10’. Complimentary amenities included in your booth are: one 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and a standard name placard on a back 8-foot high curtain.

Carpet, power, and internet are not included in this price. Please contact Matt Burdetsky for more ordering information.

Is there an extra charge to have carpet, audio/visual, hard-wired internet, and electricity in my booth, and how do I go about ordering it?

Yes. Instructions for ordering carpet, audio/visual, hard-wired internet, and/or electricity for your booth will be included in the Exhibitor Kit provided in Summer 2020. Questions can be sent to Matt Burdetsky.

Will there be WiFi available in the Expo Hall?

Yes, WiFi will be available. Details will be provided upon check-in.

I’m not planning to use my exhibit space during the 2020 Summit. Can I give my space to another organization?

We prefer that sponsors are able to leverage the networking and branding benefits that come with exhibiting. If you are unable to exhibit and wish to donate your space to another organization, however, please let us know and we will attempt to arrange this.

How big is the Expo Hall?

Halls C and D at the Rhode Island Convention Center are approximately 44,000 square feet.

What does the layout of the Expo Hall look like?

The Expo Hall floor plan will be available in 2020.

What are the hours of the Expo Hall and set-up/tear-down?

I’m interested in sponsoring, but none of the listed packages are exactly what I had in mind. Can I create a custom sponsorship package?
