DESCRIPTION:Join us for the announcement of the 2025 slate of New York Grant recipients of the Long Island Sound Community Impact Fund grant on Wednesday\, July 16\, 2025\, at 10:30 a.m. at 38 Dyke Rd.\, Setauket\, NY 11733 (Conscience Bay) to highlight ongoing efforts to protect and restore Long Island Sound. In the case of inclement weather\, the event will be moved to the Neighborhood House at 95 Main St Setauket NY 11733. \nSpeakers will include representatives from the Long Island Sound Partnership\, Restore America’s Estuaries (RAE)\, EPA Region 1 and EPA Region 2\, the Setalcott Nation\, and other local partners and subawardees. \nThe program will run approximately 1.5 to 2 hours\, with an optional site tour of the restoration project area to follow.
