DESCRIPTION:Join us in October to Celebrate Our 2025 Grantees!\n\nIn October\, we’ll be hosting two events to celebrate the work of our 2025 grant recipients! \nRhode Island Event: Friday\, Oct. 24 at 1:30 p.m. at the Roger Williams Park Casino\, 1000 Elmwood Ave.\, Providence 02907. Speakers to include Mayor Brett Smiley and Senators Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse\, followed by a tour of green infrastructure in Roger Williams Park led by the City of Providence. \nAll events are free and open to the public\, so please join us! Grantees will be available for interviews and conversation. \nNote regarding the federal government shutdown: If we need to postpone one or both of these events due to the federal shutdown\, we will post that decision here on Thursday\, Oct. 16.
