How much does registration cost?

Registration rates and their respective deadlines can be found below:

Early Bird Registration: $215 / Student: $175 with valid student ID.
Deadline: Sept 8th

Regular Registration: $245 / Student: $210 with valid student ID.
Deadline: October 18

All registrations after October 18 will be charged the on-site registration fee of $295.

What is included in my registration?

Your registration includes access to the full Workshop, your choice of one field trip, sponsor expo hall, networking reception with drinks and appetizers, and lunch both days.

What is the cancellation policy? 

Any cancellations will be fully refunded less a $50 processing fee before October 3rd. After this date we will not offer refunds. To cancel your registration, please email registration@estuaries.org.

Can I transfer my registration?

Yes! You can transfer your registration 1:1 within your organization or company until October 18. If you need to change your registration for any reason, please email registration@estuaries.org.

What’s the easiest way to get to Moody Gardens Hotel & Convention Center?

There are two airports in Houston that service most major U.S. cities, William P. Hobby (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), with Hobby being the closer of the two. The drive from Hobby is a little less than an hour to Moody Gardens and car services, including Uber and Lyft, are widely available. If you would like to arrange transportation from the airport with fellow registrants, feel free to sign up for our ride share request form here.

For anyone driving, the physical address for the hotel is 1 Hope Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554. Parking is available on site. Specific questions about transportation to or from the hotel should be directed to hotel staff.
