Scholarships

The deadline to apply for scholarships for the 2022 RAE Coastal & Estuarine Summit is now closed.

RAE is happy to once again offer a scholarship opportunity for the 2022 RAE Coastal & Estuarine Summit with support from our sponsors. We are providing a limited number of scholarships to active students and early career professionals focused on coastal and estuarine restoration and management, including science, policy, outreach, justice, and education.

We strongly encourage applications from students and early career professionals from marginalized and/or underrepresented communities and identities. The deadline to apply for scholarships closed September 30. RAE also offers reduced registration rates for current students in the event a scholarship is not able to be awarded.

The Summit is a multi-day event that will bring together the coastal restoration and management communities for integrated discussions exploring issues, solutions, and lessons learned. More than 1,000 coastal restoration professionals, policy makers, and regulators will be in attendance. Please explore the schedule of events here. There are virtual and in-person participation options, and more details on the two options can be found on the website.

The five-day Summit includes endless opportunities to learn, network, and engage and we are excited about offering a scholarship opportunity to students who otherwise could not afford to attend.
