San Francisco, CA — Restore America’s Estuaries (RAE), in partnership with Save The Bay, will host the 2026 Coastal & Estuarine Summit from September 22–25, 2026, in San Francisco, California, convening the nation’s leading coastal and estuarine professionals to advance solutions for resilient shorelines and healthy communities.
The Summit is recognized as one of the foremost gatherings for practitioners, scientists, policymakers, community leaders, and innovators working at the intersection of climate resilience, restoration, equity, and the blue economy. Set against the backdrop of one of the country’s most iconic coastal regions, the event will highlight practical strategies, bold ideas, and lessons learned that can be applied across coasts and watersheds nationwide.
RAE is now accepting proposals through March 13 for dedicated sessions, workshops, presentations, and posters. The Summit emphasizes collaboration, diverse perspectives, and real-world applications that drive measurable impact.
Whether advancing cutting-edge science, implementing nature-based solutions, shaping policy, building partnerships, or reimagining how we communicate impact, there is a place for every voice at the Summit.
