2024 Coastal & Estuarine Summit Volunteer Application

To be selected as a volunteer for the RAE 2024 Coastal & Estuarine Summit, you must agree to the following statements:

I am over the age of 18.
I commit to serving a minimum of eight hours at the Summit, under the direction of RAE Staff, and completing the specific assignment(s) given to me.
I will reimburse RAE the full onsite registration cost of $895 if I attend the Summit but do not appear for my volunteer shift(s), or if I do not serve all eight hours of my shift.
I understand that the discounted registration rate does not apply to Workshops or Field Sessions, and that hotel or travel expenses will not be covered. I am available for eight hours for at least one day of the Summit (October 6-9, 2024).
