Strong boards are essential to organizational sustainability, fundraising success, strategic leadership, and community impact. Yet many organizations struggle with board recruitment, engagement, succession planning, and building the relationships necessary to support long-term growth.
This interactive session is designed for nonprofit executives, board members, board chairs, and organizational leaders who are looking to strengthen governance, expand networks, and build more effective boards.
Participants will engage in a facilitated peer discussion focused on:
- Aligning board and organizational lifecycles, helping boards recognize the opportunity
- Making the case for clearly defined systems and structures
- Making the case for growing and evolving board culture
- Making the case for breaking out of old, unsuccessful recruitment patterns
