This document describes significant factors in understanding the ways coastal blue carbon can help coastal managers achieve conservation and restoration goals. The Template was developed by RAE’s Steve Emmett-Mattox and Dr. Steve Crooks, a wetlands carbon consultant. It is part of a collaborative project with the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (WBNERR) and funded by the National Estuarine Research Reserve System Science Collaborative.
