SWIG Grant Project Metrics – DRAFT EPA SNEP Project Metrics template for use in final reporting of SNEP Watershed Implementation Grants, beginning with grants awarded in 2022. This is the 2022 version of EPA metrics which is under development. RAE and EPA will provide support to grantees in assessing results for final reports.

*It may take several weeks to obtain EIN, DUNS and SAM registrations. As these registrations are required for submittal of a Full Proposal to SNEP Watershed Grants, be sure to allow sufficient time to obtain them prior to the Full Proposal deadline.
