2021 Living Shorelines Tech Transfer Workshop

Restore America's Estuaries, American Littoral Society, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and the Chesapeake Bay and New Jersey field offices of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service hosted the fifth Living Shorelines and Nature - Based Methods Tech Transfer Workshop. We gathered in-person at the Grand Hotel in beautiful Cape May, New Jersey and as a virtual audience to talk all things living shorelines. This Year's workshop included field trips to local restoration projects, talks by local and national experts, and a chance to gather and share knowledge and experiences with peers. This workshop was geared for landowners and professionals, anyone working in the marketing, design, construction, or permitting of living shorelines and nature-based shoreline stabilization.
